We will ship your order in less than 24 hours from the completion of the same. From this moment, the delivery time of your order for the Peninsula is 24-48h. On weekdays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands will have a delivery time of 48-72 h. On weekdays.
For shipments to the EU, the shipping period may vary from 2 to 5 business days from the issuance of the order. Shipments outside the EU can take between 4 and 10 business days, depending on the country of destination.
Orders will be delivered by Messaging (MRW).
In Saturn YOU Time is the most important and we strive to meet the deadlines, although there may be occasional factors outside of us that may delay delivery such as, for example, Christmas, Black Friday or sales, or Adverse weather conditions that affect the carrier.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
Our shipments have a fixed cost of € 3.95 for orders in the Peninsula that do not exceed € 50. If your order is equal to or greater than € 50, your shipment will be FREE throughout the national territory.
Spain - Zone 2: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands. Orders for the Canary Islands cost € 18 and for the Balearic Islands € 8.
For International shipments, the expenses will depend on the country of destination.
ZONE 1: Germany, France, Andorra.
ZONE 2: Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland.
From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 6:00 PM (CET) are processed during the same day. If your order has been confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be treated on Monday or the first working day.
Saturno sends all orders from our warehouse in Malaga. Unfortunately we do not control the taxes and / or customs duties to which the shipments may be subject. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance outside the EU. In most cases, the fees are charged at the time of delivery of the package. Customs policies are different in each country so please contact your local customs office for more information.
